How does the €20,000 furnishing incentive work?

Once you complete the purchase with Zanzi Homes, we contribute up to €20,000 towards furnishings with our design partner. No cash component — the full value goes into your new home.

Am I eligible?

The programme applies to first-time buyers aged 18+ purchasing a primary residence in Malta or Gozo through a Zanzi Homes specialist. Full terms are shared at the first consultation.

What if I am buying with my partner?

Joint first-time buyer purchases qualify as long as neither party has previously owned residential property in Malta. Bring both sets of documents to the first meeting.

Does Zanzi Homes charge first-time buyers?

No. Our advisory for first-time buyers is free — we are paid by the seller on completion, as is standard practice in Malta.
